The suppliers must listen
to to their customer, proposes new tracks to him, observes has pragmatic
attitude, guarantee the means and the
results. They owe good ounce for all to discharge the company from what
does not interest it and to take share with it in what makes its
force and its know-how.
One finds
all the solutions in the theory of the language of Jakobson
Novel, with his six functions which corresponds to have many attitudes
of the suppliers, five insufficient and good :
- the referential
function is that of the suppliers who are satisfied to transmit their
information. Primary education;
- the function
expressive (or emotive) defines those which look at the navel or which
miss serenity. Useless;
- the phatic function
characterizes the companies which C nothing goal keep the contact.
Insufficient;
- the poetic function
is used for enjoliver the speech. Sympathetic nerve, goal exceeded.
- the function
metalinguistics is unfortunately very appraisal, it is
the "hype" marketing which creates too much shift between supply and.
Wearying.
- finally, remains the
only one which defines the good attitude: besides the conative
function (of Latin conatio, attempt, effort), a posture
of perseverance and attention, where one really deals with the
receiver, the customer, leaves to hustle it, for its good.
